Adding a Logo and/or Changing the Name Displayed on your Mals-e Secure Pages

Solution Untitled Document

Adding a Logo to your Mals Secure Checkout Pages.

Mals checkout pages are hosted on a secure server. Note the https:// at the beggining of the URL. If you place a logo on this page that is stored on a non-secure server, it will throw an error for your customers. It's important that you use an image stored on a secure server.

If your site has a secure area then you can use it, but chances are that if you're using Mals, you'll need a different solution.

For the sake of these instructions I'll use SSL Pic at http://www.sslpic.com/

  • Find your logo file and resize it to no larger than 750px wide, 90px high & 50kb in the form of a GIF or JPG file.
  • Upload the image to SSLPic and enter your email address
  • You will be emailed the URL for your image.

Go to Mals at http://www.mals-e.com/ and login.

  • Click Cart Setup
  • Click Customize > Other Messages & Settings
  • Scroll to the bottom: Secure Payments
  • Enter the following code, replacing [LINK] with the link you recieved in your email from SSL Pics:

  • Save

    * If you wish your logo to be aligned left, replace "center" with "left"

To Change the Name that Appears at the Top of Your Secure Pages:

  • Click Cart Setup
  • Click Customize > Secure Pages
  • Change the name & Save
